It's lucky for us we're only playing Wigan, still too many lapses at the back, and thus far we can't blame the midfield.

Nice goal but the offside law is ridiculous. The ball was played for Keane and the defence had played him 5 yards offside, only to watch Jenas run on to it and score.

wigan are awful but so were Fulham, Sunderland and Boro. The difference is Berbatov is out there doing what he does best.

I'm leaning more towards GDG opinion of Pascal. Awful defender.

Very convincing first half. Few problems at the back with Chimbo playing like a f*king schoolboy and one mistake from Kaboul when he let Bent get across him, but otherwise solid.

Berba and Jenas having great games. Keane, Zok and Steed not too badly either. I hope a month from now Lennon will have been introduced and coached on the concept of the final ball - but a great goal for him.

We need to destroy them second half and notch up a cricket score.

Despite being on the same pitch as Titus Bramble, Chimbo still looks terrible defensively.
