Warm Up Pub Quiz Questions Empty
PostSubject: Warm Up Pub Quiz Questions   Warm Up Pub Quiz Questions EmptyWed Feb 06 2008, 11:46

I had this in the other thread, but figured I may as well give it it's own topic:

To get you in the mood lets have a few pub questions up:

Movies:
1. Who won the best actor twice in the 1990s and for which films?

2. Who directed the 1995 Oscar winning film Braveheart?

Music:

1. How many Beatles songs are there in the top ten of British all-time best selling hit singles?

2. What is Sting's real name?

Geography:

1. Which country is larger, India or Argentina?

2. In which country is the highest waterfall in the world?

History:

1. Name the wifes Henry VIII divorced.

2. Name two of the 7 wonders of the world

Sport:

1. Which current Premiership tema used to be known as The Biscuitmen?

2. Which famous League One team play at Roots Hall?

No prizes, just for fun and to get your brain prepared for tonight. I'm sure you can google them, but you're only cheating yourself. And the quiz. If you know the answers please put them as "spoilers" so as not to spoil it for others.
