anyone got a 360?

I got one last month over a PS3 and a Wii. I have to say it is quality and the games are pretty cheap in Fortress as it seems the 360 is not selling a great ammount in HK. Anyone played winning 11 on it? I'm not a FIFA man myself...

Daniel, I got a Wii and a PS2.

Will definitely get a 360 when I move into my new home few months later.

James, I recommend the 360, just a bit big and noisy so plan where you are going to put it before you move in

Wii is not bad but is more a console for parties. For 1 player game, Wii is not recommended. Wii Sport is not bad. I am playing Zelda at the moment - it is not bad but the graphics on 360 / PS3 are so much better for this type of game.

James, I have yet to go on the internet with it yet but it looks very very simple so I wouldn't worry. Will go online with winning 11 when you get yours. I wouldn't get a PS3 as they are more expensive with fewer games.

How much did the 360 cost?

3000 big ones BUT it came with a game and is cheaper than the UK version. Worth it though. Hours of fun.

Is that the one with the wireless controllers or the bog-standard wired ones?

we had a chipped 360 in the office last week (a temporary thing - has gone now!) - games $40, cant complain... enjoyed UEFA champions league (Spurs vs Arsenal is the default game - me thinks only one of those teams will be in the champs league next year)

I was thinking of getting a chipped one but sometimes they are more hastle than they are worth - my chipped PSP was nightmare, unstable and there are probably issues with XBox live etc. Saying that I can see the attraction at getting games at 40 dollars rather than the 150 - 300 they cost new.

My PS2 and Wii are chipped. Games cost only $8 in Shenzhen! I just bought the whole lot of them and threw them into the rubbish bin if they are...er rubbish.

so thats only 600 less than a 360? I thought it would be much cheaper. I see the wii is outselling the PS3 6 to 1 which is a blow for Sony...

The price for Wii has dropped down to $2000 I think. I bought it just before the Chinese New Year so was quite expensive at that time.

Why is everyone buying damaged goods? If I found that the Wii I was buying was chipped I'd exchange it for one in mint condition. Aside from that you may as well all be talking Russian, for all the sense it makes to me.

Me and the mrs just had our first anniversary and she bought me Guitar Hero 2 for the 360. Great fun and couldn't stop laughing, recomend it highly. I got her a bread bin, high five!
