Some ITKs are convinced that Dos Santos is already a Spurs player. Some say the delay in announcement is to accommodate 2 other signings.

Other ITK is that Daniel Levy and John Alexander (club secretary) are off on holiday from next week. They are the two guys that sign the contracts at the club. Makes sense as that is the start of the Euros so not much can go on. If this is all true, I'd expect at least one signing by Sat morning.
