My favourite was the one about the policeman who got fired for having a sex change. Next days Sun proudly proclaimed

My favourite sports headline was when Inverness Caledonian Thistle beat the mighty Cetic in a cup game, with the headline the next day reading:

my particular favourite, for no apparent reason, was UP YOURS DELORS which was a considered response to new EU proposals. Also the famous GOTCHA which was as equally sensitive.
