I had a dream...

last night. In my dream Spurs lost to Sunderland 0-2. Just thought I'd share this with you all.

Can anyone interpret this dream?

no, no, no...it was like a nightmare dream. I wasn't happy about it believe me. The feeling haunts me today but it was only a dream - we'll win no problem

Who scored for Sunderland ? I'm gonna put a bet on !!

I was dreaming of Spurs and also, in my dream, it was raining. This may or may not be relevant.

Ok, Dan, fair enough then.

It'll be a tough game, but in some ways probably good to play them then before they get a chance to adjust to the Prem.

A draw would not be a disaster, but its really a fixture we should be going into looking for three points.

I expect to see Bent and Berb upfront for this and most other away games

I would be happy with a draw. Remeber the last time we plyed there and the Wolf Man let in that soft goal which you could argue cost us a CL place...

I'd almost take a draw on the first day of the season just to get a point on the board. That said, we should be beating teams like Sunderland, home and away.

We did win at Portsmouth few seasons ago on the opening day. 2-0 I think. A certain Wayne Routledge made his debut, got injured and not been seen too often since then.

Nothing less than a win vs Sunderland away would be acceptable in my book. I reckon they'll go down and we've gotta beat those norvun monkies. 0-2. Bent and Berbatov

Realistically I'm looking at 1-1

Of course we have to start winning these games and personally I wont accept mediocrity but, realistically 1-1.

I admire your confidence but unfortunatley I shan't be drinking that day - I have to go to work after the match.

Your right, we should win these type of games, but first game of season....away.....I can find a positive with a point.
