Isn't it extrodinary that Mills has been at the club for donkey's years (at least since he was 16), hasn't even had a sniff at first team action, yet we've given him a new contract?

Could he and Dervitte be on the verge of first team squad next season? Could this mean we're not going to buy the two new centre backs the squad so obviously needs? I'm assuming Kabull, The Inconsistent Gardner and Mudlside are all going.

There is a fella on Spurs Community who goes to all the reserves games and thinks Mills is behind Dervitte and Archibald-Henville in the race for the first team. Maybe we want to sell him to a Championship club for a few hundred grand, hence the contract.
