thanks to everybody for Saturday

thanks for turning up, thanks for the flags (well played Baz), thanks for the T-Shirts and thanks for singing your hearts out for Tottenham. A fantastic night was had by all (I hope).

I hope that those that turned up will continue to do so (nice to meet some local supporters) and a big thanks to the regulars for again supporting SiHK. Everything was perfect apart from the main act...the team. That is beyond our control I'm affraid. Another long season awaits

Got home at 5.00 am. Went to Neptunes for a drink with a few people including a Liverpool fan that I was talking to in Delaney's during the Villa v Liverpool game.

Great evening, but bitter-sweet because of that 93rd minute goal. When oh when will we get to under stand that the game isn't over until the ref blows the whistle and therefore need to keep up the defense!

Oh well, let's hope for the best on the next game because this is not a good enough start to the campaign. Spurs looked good, but no width!!

We're missing certain players (already).

i won't be able to attend every weekend either but shall make an effort to attend all the Saturday games.

I agree it was a great night at Delaneys - the crowd, atmosphere and singing.

I have a very good mate flying into HK (from Sydney this Friday) and he is, like us, totally Spurs. I cant wait to bring him along to Delaneys and even to our usual Friday (pre-match discussion) drinks at LKF so that he can meet up with some of the members of SiHK and to experience what we did on Saturday evening

A really great night, shame we had to spoil it by watching the game! Hopefully by the next live game we can have the support and the result!

Kevin - I won't be around this Friday. I'm flying back from Seoul that day, arriving 10pm.

Looking forward to the Derby game - I am sure the main act (the team) will put it right this time

24 hours gone by and I've just about flushed that horrible moment from my system when I realised we'd lost to a team who took less than 20 points all season just one season ago. I don't want to experience that horrible silence that descended over the whole pub after the goal went in too many times this season, but it comes with the territory I guess, all part of being a Spurs fan.

Great atmosphere in Delaney's all evening, despite the dire showing on the pitch, imagine what it's going to be like when we actually play well and win! Spurs 12th man in HK did our part, let's make sure we carry Saturday's momentum on through the season. Forget it and move on guys and girls, the future's bright...
