Since the last update, Daniel has leapfrogged GDG into 2nd place, 170 posts behind Spur'don.

Dannyboy has taken advantage of James' honeymoon blackout, further cemeting the final Champions League spot. James and Number 10 should be guaranteed an UEFA Cup place, and the final UEFA Cup place will be fought out between Janek, ezza, twiglet and Hairy.

ETP, Bennycat and Barry Lineker now occupy the relegation zone but hongkongyid, IanG and Linesmann could be dragged into the relegation battle come May if their form do not improve.

In the Championship, Edman, Sam and thfc1887 are fighting for the 2 automatic promotion places. Craig, 14, Kevin, Kin on Spurs, Loubylou are fighting for the playoff places. Judging from recent form, the bet is on Loubylou to make a late dash to finish in the playoff zone despite missing some games earlier this season.

and yes, I am bored. Don't feel like working after the holiday.

what if I win the carling cup and say hairy was to win the FA Cup, does that mean that Number 10 and our portugese resident don't qualify for Europe?

....and Daniel was hosting a Discovery Bay party, which apparently was rather tedious. ( very clever Dan ! )

Yesterday the board sprang back into life with the excitement of the Ar3ena1 game. This got me thinking about the old post-count league table that hasn\'t been updated for a while.

With GDG\'s dramatic drop in posting, he\'s now well off the top spot that he held for so long. Jezza has held the lead for quite some time, but Daniel is clipping at his heels in second and only 30-odd posts behind. GDG\'s slow-down has opened up the possibility of either of the Jameses sneaking into a Champions League place. Yet overall there is little movement in the top 15.

Elsewhere, IanG needs a lot more smiley posting to avoid slipping out of the top flight, whilst Barrylineker and Bennycat have moved out of the relegation zone and Edman has been promoted.

In the Championship, Hongkongyid remains in a strong position to bounce back following a dissappointing relegation, but a flurry of posts from Loubylou has seen her edge closer to being the first female in the top division, and Kinson has moved up into the play-off spots.
