| 1. Maybe? 2. There is no way the miserable oik's at West Ham are capable of beating spurs...however...there is a better than even chance that Spurs can fall apart and let them win 2-2 (with a bit of luck and a following wind) | |

| Will hopefully be there but reckon Spurs will throw this as they'll be focused on Weds night's do or die game. Who cares about the spammers. They're not going to get into Europe and aren't going to win anything, so I'd rather we put out our reserves rather than risk any injury. You can be sure that the pikeys will go all out 'do' our lads so I say protect what we have, unleash the young'uns and see how they go. | |

Have just dropped the flag off. Have a good night one and all and I hope we outnumber and outsing any loud-mouthed pikeys that might be at Delaneys.

Yes, everything is running smooth on us this game. We boosted up the morale as well as the confidence of the players (especially Gilberto, get back to the life after making a blunder last game). I think they are ready for the Holland trip and give us good news back. COME ON U SPURS~!!

| It was a very good result but can anyone tell me why I still felt nervous for most of the second half, at least until we scored our 3rd I felt the team as a whole played well within themselves and could have upped the pace at any time, but I do wish we could kill off games early on. A few players gave me palpitations - it goes without saying that Robinson was one of them, and Chimbonda the other. Chimbonda obviously believes he has far more skill than what is apparent to the rest of us. Several times he put our defence under unnecessary pressure when he lost possession of the ball after trying to jiggle his way past a player. Will actually be glad to see him go in summer. Berbs was immense. I don't think I have ever seen a player with such good close ball control. The way he is able to pluck the ball from the air is amazing. It made me laugh seeing his arrogance/confidence when up against that lumbering oaf Lucas Neill. Also thought Lennon had one of his better games. I hope Woodgate limping off was not a sign of any serious injury. We certainly need him on Wednesday night. One of his passes out to Lennon on the far right was reminiscent of Hoddle at his prime. Our best signing in the past year by far. Quote of the note by the commentator - 'Robert Green just had a Robinson moment there' | |

| Very good result, although it might be different if West Spam capitalised on Robbo's error(s) in the first 5 minutes.
Berbs was having an excellent game. Apart from the goals, it was pleasing to see him working for the team and not just playing with his head band for most of 90 minutes. Huddlestone was also excellent. Setting up goals and getting into the box. Unlucky not to have scored.
Zokora also played well. Hutton really caught the eye, he is full of energy and despite suffering kicks by Boa Morte and later Zamora, he defended and attacked well. His cross that set up D Bent was sublime. Strange to see O'Hara and Taarabt dropped from the bench altogether.

| I hope I heard it wrong, but there seemed to be a chorus of boos when Gilberto came on for Steed. This would be out of order. Gilberto made a mistake but everyone does. We need to build on his confidence - good that he got the goal yesterday. | |

Apparently it’s just me but I thought the Gilberto had another absolute shocker! Apart from the goal, which he took well enough, his passing was abysmal. He seemed to find the opposition with almost every ball, I would be very happy to be proved wrong but he looks like a real liability every time he gets the ball to me. Great Win! When we can play fantastic football these days when we can be bothered to? More of the same in Holland please!

Agree with you re. Hutton - looks like a very good signing. Shame he is cup-tied for Weds. Have a gut feeling that both O'Hara and Taarabt don't figure in Juande's long-term plans.
