It lives. The old web site has gone replaced with a newer, less complicated one. It's still early doors in terms of a finished site but the bones are there just needs tweaking and fleshing out. There are a number of design issues I will work on over the coming weeks; I will add content to the pages, add a Gallery, add a place where we can post reports and articles etc etc. Anyway, Spursinhongkong is all about us so what else do you want to see? Spur'don suggested a chat room and I will look into that but I'm not 100% sure if we can do it and what form it will take - I'm happy with the forums tbh. Anything else you want to see? Speak now or forever hold your peace.

In the meantime, GDG, Ezza, me and anyone else that can promote our site should start now. The site will change and grow from this point on depending on what we wish to see there. Please enjoy your Spurs home in Hong Kong however you see fit.

I am also happy with the forum the way it is. Adding a chatroom will make my working efficiency (now at 50%) dropped to 20% which is not ideal.

I will also do my bit in promoting the website.

I like the site very much. As is.

Would it be best to have one of the non-playing attendees (our support) writing the report so it is somewhat impartial?

The key problem we have there, is....is anyone attending who will be there in a non-playing capacity? Otherwise I don't mind having a bash at writing a report, can't guarantee non-bias though.

I'll bring a camera and don't mind sharing the responsibility of writing a report. Actually I am sure everyone will be eager to write up something after the game!

From what I've seen on the messageboard at HKSpurs, they are going to send a 'youth team'. One asked whether he can play if he is under 18!

At this point I think it's only fair to admit that I have NEVER played in goal in MY LIFE.

I volunteered thinking it would involve the least amount of running around.

However, if these guys are as good as they sound, be warned you may want to recruit a specialist for the job !!!
