I dreamed I lobbed the keeper from the halfway line.

Dreams are brilliant aren't they?

In an attempt to revitalise my tired, aching body in time for Saturday, I had a Thai massage last night - a legit one folks, not the type you're thinking of (James ) Woke up this morning feeling bruised all over - perhaps I should have opted for the sensual oils instead !! They sure beat you to a pulp in the name of a Thai massage.

First we had Siberski, Mills and P Neville, now we have Nayim. The team is almost complete...

Having had my holiday a week earlier than intended I am now available to join.

Only problem is I can't wear contact lens so I need to play with glasses. Presume it ain't gonna be too serious ? Im considering laser surgery though obviously it won't be of any help this Saturday !

James - if you have a full team don't worry - I'll pop down as a spectator and join for a few post match beers.

Have got a fair amount of experience at 5aside thru to 11asisde so I gues I know what I'm doing, but none of it has been at any high levels, and my performance is directly related to my fitness level - which has ebbed somewhat since the league finished. (Hmm, what other excuses shall i go for? Or shall I just be my usual optimistic self when it comes to Spurs and say that we're gonna win big, and I'll bag a hatrick!)

I'm expecting at least a hat-trick from you, James, or we're gonna be struggling big time.

By the way, do you think I should bring any fluids?

My recommendation would be to have a few pints between 6 and 9pm to make sure your fluid levels are well stocked, that way you won't need to bring anything with you for the match. And after the game, of course, we'll be decamping to Al's for a few more bevvies - always worked in the past, why shouldn't it work tonight?
