We're looking very good. Some great passing and movement. In reality, we should have scored more.

We still have basic goalkeeping problems. Apart from his mistake for the goal, Cerny's kicking always makes me nervous.

As for Darren Bent - hardly touched the ball. What is wrong with him? I am still dumb-struck by how much we paid for him. At the moment, I'd rather have Rasziak than Bent.

Overall, it was a typical Spurs performance. Excellent first half with plenty of chances to kill off the tie completely. Shocking second half with us hanging on at the end. Out with the old boss, in with the new boss - same old same old.

We played so well for the VAST majority of the game tonight, that I'm afraid the bitter taste of not scoring more will remain in the minds of many...

I'm quite pleased. Their keeper was excellent and made several goal bound saves. We came very, VERY close to sealing a 4 - Nil scoreline tonight.

The timing of keano's substitution was a little surprising don't you think?

While admitedly not quite on par with Keano's contribution, I thought Bent showed signs of improvement today. His touch / control was considerably better, had a good shot saved by their keeps and was getting more involved in some quality build-up play.

If his can sustain this rate of development on a weekly basis, I don't think it will be too long before we start to see the best of Darren Bent.

The performance in second half is just rubbish.
Sorry i'm bit of harsh although we still created many chances in 2nd half but at the same time we leave so much space to Prague.
The Midfield and defensive-line was diorganised
They're not crap at all but they didn't play any competitive match since December

Very possibly, Hairy :-) It's just that Bent is starting to frustrate the hell out of me.

subs were wrong... tainio was doing nothing wrong, chimbo was covering back well on the left side... put chimbo out right he tries to get fwd more and leaves a hole behind him and o'hara, quite brilliant going forward, but lad if you're put on the field as a left back, you gotta think of your defensive duties first, even berba was arriving back to help out in defense faster than o'hara after his surges forward.

as for keano off for bent... obviously ramos thought the game was sewn up... absolutely ridiculous and turned the game on its head for the last 25 mins.

as has been said here (and by the commentators the whole game) that should have been a 4 or 5-0 game, now we have to play in the second leg, when we have the cup final less than 3 days later.

hats off to their keeper though... berba was first to exchange shirts with him....

I thought Steffen Freund was a bit quite! How unlike him.

Watched the first half and our 2 goals through blurry eyes but fell asleep during the half time break and woke up to see some bike action on the TV.
