Definitely a highlight of my time in Hong Kong. Felt so good to hear a bloke in a Gooner top scream as I chopped him down. That sound echoed in my ears as I fell into a contented sleep last night.

Yeah I had a similiar moment, where I did the slightest clip on their centreback's ankle and he screamed like he'd been shot.

Edman, thanks for getting a time slot immediately after a practice session for a female rugby team.

My coach when I was a kid always told me to make sure to commit a foul within the first 5 minutes of a game. He said it was a way of introducing yourself to the opposition and let them know they're in a game. It works most of the time.

I agree with that philosophy Janek.

Either intimidate them, or at least make it clear that they're gonna get a rough ride

Actually it works even if you are not built like a tank, a little studs-up tackle, a dig in the ribs and a wide eyed stuart pierce stare and they will normally mince out of every tackle for the rest of the game.

That was why I said last night... "BECAUSE OF THE ATTENDANCE OF JANEK!!"

Paul also had a very encouraging words last night. When we were defeding in the last 10mins, Paul yelled, "IT'S OUR AREA!!" I could see that the team was organised and determined not to loose any tackle since then...

GD JOB, JANEK & PAUL!!

SO gutted I couldn't make it in the end but had to work
