GDG, I ache worse than I did yesterday. Is it a good idea to play squash tonight or rest?

Glad I'm not the only one. I ache all over, in muscles i didnt even know i had!

You can play, but you HAVE to warm up properly and stretch before you play. In that order, warm up followed by stretch. Warm up being 5 minutes of walking/jogging to get your heart rate up and your muscles ready for exercise.

Well in that case I ache all over too !

HKD 800 to massage 12 blokes ! James - HKD 66 per person. So its either a 5 minute massage with some hot girl or some grandmother giving a 1 hour rub down !

I'm leaning towards the large flag option again !!!
