Have just read Man City to make bid for Berbatov 32 Mill Pounds . That is one big amount do we sell or do we not sell that is the question . Man City feel that they will get there man as he is friends with Martin Petrov . Comments pls . Coys

Its on the cards that he'll go but definetley SHOULD NOT sell him to another English side. Makes no sense. If our quest for top 4 status is to remain a reality then we cannot continue to sell our best players to our rivals. If we sell then send him overseas. Im sure Milan or Barca or whoever would match the 30, 40 or 50 mill we'll get from Man C/U/Liv/Chelsk.

I can not imagine for one moment Berbatov going to Man City. Man Utd, yes but not to a side who in all probability won't qualify for UEFA cup this season and are unlikely to get into CL for a good 2-3 seasons.

With Ramos in charge and a League Cup Winners' medal, I can't see Berba going anywhere unless maybe Real Madrid or Barcelona breaking the bank for him. I think he feels very comfortable at Spurs; he's the new King of the Lane. He's definitely the most fascinating footballer since Hoddle; he's just got so much vision in his game and its so interesting to see what some of his touches lead to. £35m is a lot of money but he's priceless right now.
