Don't give up!

Been having problems with my colour ipod, has been sent off 8 times to singapore, been given 8 different reconditioned ones, all broke. Eventually mine fell out of warranty (couldn't be arsed to follow it up since birth of child). Then got my arse in gear and kicked up a stink, got on to Apple in Sydney, I kicked their behinds and what was delivered today? I'll tell you, a 32GB Ipod touch, worth 4000 of your HK dollars, gratis. Thank you very much.
The moral of the story is, keep complaining and don't give up. Who wants to touch me?
