| Just finished watching the BBC documentary ' children of our time'. There are some sad cases out there. Anyone else watch it ? | |

| Its a 20 year project which follows 25 children from across the UK who were born in 2000. The idea behind the series is to follow the families as their children grow up.
I saw it for the first time last night - very interesting. Some sad stories out there - usual mix of stereotypical British families.
Does drum home the importance of a good stable upbring to a childs development.
Worth a watch. | |

I didn't have put a deposit down but I did have to take the equipmant back to a place in Sheung Wan - they had to have the last laqugh didn't they - feckers!! BBC Entertainment is Channel 529 on nowtv - not as good as BBC prime though - cant get that anymore Can you get that 'children of our time' on DVD??? Sounds like that program 7UP - anyone remeber that?? | |

| 7 Up is produced by Michael Apted, who also directed one of the Bond films. My dad renovated and subsequently managed their house in Kingston and I got to know the family very well over the years, even went to the housewarming with Twiggy, Colin Welland and sundry other peeps. The series was up to 42 up last I saw, riveting viewing. Child of our Time must be on DVD, also really interesting viewing. | |
