| I bought my new pair of boots at Mongkok tonight at a shop near Nelson Street. Costs $470. There are some Puma boots on discount.
If you find it difficult to find Nelson Street, there is also a big football shop at Langham Place - there is a MTR station (Mongkok) directly connecting to Langham Place.

| A bit worried that we may not have enough players. We need at least 5 on the subs' bench. As far as I can see, I'm the only sub at the moment and that means I might need to come on sooner than expected. I can last a good 30 seconds (no smutty stuff, please) but any longer than that and I'll be knackered. James, what's the setup? Is it a small pitch, are we ignoring the offside rule, will there be rolling subs, can we bring our beers onto the pitch while playing? | |

Exit E2. Go straight along the Nelson Street and you will be in the land of sportshoes. Go past the Mongkok Computer Centre (a red building) on your right and there is one near the football field called "Hing Fat" which do football stuff.

It is really informal. Don't worry. It's strictly speaking a 7-a-side pitch, so we can play 7 or 8 (instead of 9) if we do not have enough players. Or Dannyboy or I can get our friends to play if needed. No offside rules, unlimited subs, beers on the pitch...why not?

| Good tips on the boots James cheers.
With regards my mates I might (particularly my uncle who live in Lan Tau) I would need some notice to let them know if we need them to play.

| I tried to convert my uncle before. He said I needed to teach him the songs and "the moves". I was fine with the songs but "the moves"? He said "Sure when Spurs score?" Can't blame him too much he did live in the States for a while. I blame that. I'll ask him if he wants to come down. At the least we'll have another sub. | |

| Just picked up some football boots as well. Umbro Xai III $250 on sale, no idea what quality they are or how well they last after 90 mins on Saturday but they felt pretty comfortable when I tried them on and seemed a good price.
In case people are interested I found them at Johntson Road near Tram Stop, McDonals and opposite petrol station. The Number is probably around 210 something? Can't remember the shop name i'm afraid but there are quite a few shoe shops there. If anyone is interested I can always find out more details cos its near my flat.

| Did learn but it was a long time ago. I'm hoping it'll be like riding a bike. Ability or inability not withstanding, just getting new boots has got me pretty excited for the big day. I can't wait. COYSIHK! | |

| Alright guys, let's just clarify - the kickoff time is 2130, so be there 15 mins earlier for warm ups! SpursinHongKong will play in white. Daniel, I hope your yellow kit will not clash with HKSpurs' blue kit. So anyone got balls (football I mean). I only got 1. Anyone up for writing a match preview? | |

| Sure I'll do it.
I'll have to wear a white t-shirt for the team colors, as my only spurs shirt is black (training top as seens prominently in football 7s vids).
